A charming coastal city to discover

Douarnenez is famous in Finistere for its beauty. The town was created during the gallo-roman era, but it is thanks to its tin can industry that it grew. Sardines fishing being a flourishing activity, it is today a Douarnenez specialty which you can get familiar with during your visit of the town.
